Something new here.
There’s a way to support Man Bites Dog now.
With the Foundry being live and the Arena making a come back, we’ve made a lot of changes. Just trying to keep you in the loop.
Everything I publish here stays free. That isn’t changing. If you want to support this work directly, there are three ways to do it, and physical print artifacts arrive by mail in return.
Monthly ($18/month). Before the Mountain and Presence arrive after twelve months of continuous support.
Annual ($180/year). Before the Mountain and Presence arrive on subscription, within a week.
Founding ($360/year). Before the Mountain, Presence, and Inevitable arrive on subscription. Founding is limited to the remaining copies of Inevitable — 108 exist in the world, and when they’re gone, this tier closes for good.
The books are limited editions. Print only, no digital versions.
Before the Mountain: 540 copies total.
Presence: 1,080. Inevitable: 108.
When they’re gone, they’re gone.
That’s the dealio. You support Man Bites Dog. Books arrive. Sometimes I send other things too….
an unlisted print, a note, something I’ve been working on…
… not on a schedule, not promised, just because.
Paid subscribers can comment on posts. Nothing is unlocked, nothing is gated. Everything I write here still shows up in your inbox for free if that’s the arrangement that works for you.
If you were a paid subscriber before:
The paid tier has been restructured. All previous subscriptions have been cancelled. The old tier structure no longer exists, and continuing to charge for a product that had changed didn’t feel right.
If you want to support MBD under the new structure, subscribe at whichever tier makes sense for you.
Understand that this move is because the work has been moved primarily to the Foundry.
If you’re a Foundry member:
Founding tier of MBD is included in your Foundry membership. You don’t need to subscribe here. Just reach out to the Foundry concierge and they’ll set up your Founding access at no charge.
You’ll receive the artifacts as part of what you’re already doing in the Foundry, regardless.
If you’re new:
If you want in…
If not, keep reading. Same as before.
