As promised, I’m teaching R3 one more time. As I was putting together the prerequisites and prep materials for Success Circle members, I realized that it might be helpful to those who are not in The Success Circle to get an over-the-shoulder.
I can’t share the core curriculum, but I can share the foundation and you can choose to do the work or not. Success Circle members will meet twice a month to discuss what it means for them and how they can implement the right thing(s) at the right time. Those who are clearly doing the work will continue to have access to private conversations with me, Laurel, and the team to dial it all in.
If you’re not a Success Circle student (yet), that’s okay. You can self-study using the prep resources below.
Preparing For R3
Before diving into R3, these are the concepts you need to be familiar with and the resources you should keep on hand.
The R3 Book. Keep a copy of this with you at all times. Print it off so you can make notes and read it on a plane. A digital copy is attached for paid subs, Letter subscribers you should have your exclusive physical copy by now. Attached below are the R3 book and campaigns.
Bumpers. Read through Bumpers at least one more time, it’s a short book. There are a few concepts that will come up in R3 but they won’t be easy to recognize unless it’s fresh in your mind. You can get a copy on Amazon here, I’ve attached it for paid members.
The Rocky Road. This is a core concept of R3. You can read about it here for free. If you’re a Letter subscriber, refer to the insert that came in your initial welcome package, I’ve attached it for paid subs.
Intelligence and Learning. This is not a concept from R3 but instead, something YOU need to be aware of going into an educational environment. You can read about it for free here. If you’re a Letter subscriber, refer to the insert that came in your initial welcome package, I’ve attached it for paid subs.
Recapture & Reallocate. This exercise changes people by re-wiring the way they think… if they actually do the work. R3 is a large-scale recapture and reallocate program, it won’t make sense until you start to re-wire your brain to see the power and importance of it.
Engaging The Field. If you don’t do this, nothing else will matter. Read about engaging the field here.
BONUS: We strongly recommend you take time to recapture and reallocate to get your time and energy back to focus on high-leverage stuff. Bumpers will get you started with recapturing some time, we also recommend The Champions Perfect Day (it’s $49) by Dr. Jeff Spencer to all of our clients.
Success Circle Members: Be sure to download and review all of the PDFs below before our next call. Remember, it’s on you to do the work so we can discuss it when we have time together - this means we get more time together to discuss and spend less of our time together with me (or someone else) presenting.
